Step 2

Follow the Instructions for Your Email Client

Click your email provider below for step-by-step instructions.

  1. 1 Open an email from us in the Mail app.
  2. 2 Tap or click the sender's name or email address at the top.
  3. 3 Select "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs" for priority delivery.
  4. 4 On iPhone/iPad: Tap the sender → tap "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact".
  5. 5 On Mac: Hover over the sender's name → click the dropdown arrow → select "Add to Contacts".
  1. 1 Open an email from us in your Gmail inbox.
  2. 2 Hover over the sender's name at the top of the email.
  3. 3 In the pop-up card, click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select "Add to Contacts".
  4. 4 If our emails land in Spam, open the email and click "Report not spam" at the top.
  5. 5 To create a filter: click the search options icon, enter our email in the "From" field, click "Create filter", then check "Never send it to Spam".
  1. 1 Open an email from us.
  2. 2 Right-click the sender's email address (or click the three-dot menu).
  3. 3 Select "Add to Outlook Contacts" or "Add to Contacts".
  4. 4 Click "Save" to confirm.
  5. 5 For Safe Senders: Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email → "Safe senders and domains" → Add our email address.
  1. 1 Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account and open the Outlook web app (outlook.office.com or outlook.com).
  2. 2 Open an email from us.
  3. 3 Click the sender's name or email address to open the contact card.
  4. 4 Click "Add to contacts" to save our address.
  5. 5 To add to Safe Senders: go to Settings (⚙) → Mail → Junk email → under "Safe senders and domains", click "Add" and enter our email address or domain (@sjbc.groups.io).
  6. 6 If our email landed in Junk, select it and click "Not junk" in the toolbar.
  1. 1 Open an email from us in the Gmail app.
  2. 2 Tap the sender's profile icon (avatar) at the top left of the email.
  3. 3 Tap "Add to contacts" or the person icon with a "+" symbol.
  4. 4 If in Spam, open the message and tap "Report not spam".
  1. 1 Open an email from us in Yahoo Mail.
  2. 2 Hover over the sender's name and click "Add to contacts" in the pop-up.
  3. 3 Alternatively, click the three-dot menu and select "Add sender to Contacts".
  4. 4 If the email is in Spam: open it and click "Not Spam" at the top.
  1. 1 Sign in to connect.xfinity.com and open the Email app.
  2. 2 Open an email from us.
  3. 3 Click the sender's name or email address at the top of the message.
  4. 4 Select "Add to Address Book" from the options that appear.
  5. 5 If our email landed in your Spam folder: open it and click "Not Spam" in the toolbar.
  6. 6 To set up a filter: go to Settings (⚙) → Email Settings → Advanced Settings → Filters, create a new filter with our email address in the "From" field, and set the action to "Move to Inbox".
  1. 1 Verizon.net email accounts are now managed through Yahoo Mail — sign in at yahoo.com using your @verizon.net address.
  2. 2 Open an email from us.
  3. 3 Hover over the sender's name and click "Add to contacts" in the pop-up.
  4. 4 If the email is in Spam: open it and click "Not Spam" at the top.
  5. 5 To create a filter: go to Settings (⚙) → More Settings → Filters → Add a new filter with our email address in the "From" field, set the action to "Move to Inbox".
  1. 1 Sign in to iCloud.com and open the Mail app.
  2. 2 Open an email from us.
  3. 3 Hover over the sender's name or email address and click the arrow that appears.
  4. 4 Select "Add to Contacts" from the dropdown menu.
  5. 5 If our email landed in Junk, select it and click the "Not Junk" button in the toolbar.
  6. 6 To whitelist our domain: go to Settings (⚙) → Rules → Add a Rule, set "From" contains our email address, and choose "Move to Inbox".
  1. 1 Sign in to AOL Mail and open an email from us.
  2. 2 Hover over the sender's name or email address at the top of the message.
  3. 3 Click "Add to Contacts" in the pop-up that appears.
  4. 4 Fill in any additional details and click "Save".
  5. 5 If our email is in your Spam folder: open it and click "Not Spam" at the top of the message.
  6. 6 To add to your safe senders list: go to Settings → More Settings → Filters → Add a new filter with our email address set to deliver to your Inbox.
  1. 1 Open an email from us in Thunderbird.
  2. 2 Right-click the sender's email address in the "From" field.
  3. 3 Select "Add to Address Book" from the context menu.
  4. 4 Choose your preferred address book and click "Add".
  1. 1 Open the Samsung Email app on your device.
  2. 2 Open an email from us.
  3. 3 Tap the sender's name or email address at the top of the message.
  4. 4 Tap "Add to Contacts" to save our address to your phone's contacts.
  5. 5 If our email landed in Spam: open the Spam folder, select the email, and tap "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox".
  6. 6 To whitelist our address: go to Settings → Email Preferences → Blocked addresses (make sure our address is not listed there).
  1. 1 Sign in to Proton Mail at mail.proton.me.
  2. 2 Open an email from us.
  3. 3 Click the sender's name or email address at the top of the message.
  4. 4 Click "Add to contacts" to save our address.
  5. 5 To mark as not spam: if our email landed in Spam, open it and click "Move to Inbox" or "Not spam".
  6. 6 To always allow our emails: go to Settings → Filters → Add a new filter, or add our address/domain to your contacts — Proton Mail automatically trusts emails from contacts.
